Bluesky have been working closely with Community 1^st for over 15 years and have helped to develop over 510,000 sq ft of health and wellbeing estate in partnership with the NHS across Oldham, Sheffield, and Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.

Community 1^st are the approved NHS estate services partner in the above areas, responsible for the operation of primary care premises for the local NHS.

In addition to acting as lead architect on 20+ new build primary care facilities, Bluesky continue to support ongoing smaller projects as services evolve. The original buildings were designed to allow maximum future flexibility to enable these changes to be made rapidly in our high-quality community hubs..

We have a number of long-term partnerships with Principals Contractors and developers which have over the years have been successful in transforming local public services and contributing to the regeneration of local areas, including most recently on the new state-of-the-art Medical Centre in Little Hulton, Salford.

We are approved on the NHS Business Services Framework for architectural design services which enable easy direct appointments to support initial feasibility and business case development through to planning, construction and operational stage.
