Pagabo Professional Services Framework
April 9, 2024
We are delighted to announce that Blue Sky Design Services have been appointed to the Pagabo Professional Services Framework for Architectural Design Services.
It is a great achievement for Bluesky as an SME to become part of this framework and will provide the opportunity for our expert design team to build on our track record of engaging in public sectors projects, including Health and Social Care, Education, Bluelight and our specialist niche area of Ballistics design for tactical training facilities.
The £780m framework launches in April, taking straight over from the current version and running for a further four years.
Jason Stapley, chief procurement officer at Pagabo, said: “Professional services is our most popular framework offering so we were expecting a high level of quality bids for the new iteration – and we were not wrong. Now on its third instalment, this framework goes from strength to strength – continually demonstrating quick, simple and effective procurement possibility.
“There is a perfect blend of continuation from the previous iteration alongside changes that address the needs of clients and suppliers. As a result, the opportunities offered to suppliers are very valuable and clients are provided with easy access to the best selection of organisations in the consultancy industry.
“Small and medium-sized enterprises make up 79% of the supplier list. We’re very proud to be pushing SMEs to the forefront of ethical procurement, providing the public sector with the compliant access to the best suppliers across the market. There was a high level of competition for this framework, so our congratulations are extended to the suppliers and we look forward to working closely with them over the framework’s lifespan.”
Alison Quinn, Director at Bluesky, said ‘We are proud that Bluesky Architects are part of the Pagabo framework and this new supplier community. It’s great to see SME’s being given the opportunity to be recognised for their skills and expertise, against the big players in our respective fields. SMEs should not be underestimated for the quality of projects, client relationships and social value we can support through these frameworks.’
